今天使用outlook发邮件给一个客户，出现下面的一个问题：

The followingrecipient(s) cannot be reached:

bobby@acgnyc.orgon 2011-4-12 13:59

There was a SMTP communicationproblem with the recipient's email server.
Please contact your system administrator.

<XXX.com#5.5.0 smtp;503 This mail server requires authentication when attempting tosend to a non-local e-mail address. Please check your mail client settings orcontact your administrator to verify that the domain or address is defined forthis server.>

使用outlook发给上面的客户，就出现退信，换个帐号试了也不行。outlook是使用exchange模式连接的，不是pop3。但是OWA试了一下，是可以的。上周使用outlook还发过邮件给他们，都没有问题。

上周五把宽带更新了，给邮件服务器更换了IP地址，重新做了反向域名解析。发到其他用户还没有出现类似的问题。

有什么解决方法吗？

现在依然不可以吗？看他的提供说是不允许中继，要验证才行。
